Though the earth carries many beautiful places, the Bible teaches us that it is a fallen world. The fall refers to Adam and Eve’s choice to not believe God’s word, disobey His command and thus, they fell out of perfect relationship with Him. But because God loves mankind, He was not willing for mankind to stay in that state. So He gave birth to a people, the Hebrews, through which came a Messiah, Jesus. "God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
This Jesus once again offers to all men a chance to choose to believe God’s word. His first coming was to offer salvation to all who believe. And that offer still stands: "The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance." 2 Peter 3:9
His second coming will be to bring judgment to all who will not believe. Time is short. The time is now. Will you believe?
“The flood came and took them all away.” All who had not entered the ark with Noah perished in the flood. “And so also,” Jesus said, “will the coming of the Son of Man be.” Matthew 24:39-41
